Was very excited to come in and view a Kia sportage today as my “first” car. Talked with a nice dude named Greg who ended up bringing me in for an appointment after we had talked about the issues with my current car. He basically told me don’t worry about anything he will take the car and see if we can get me a trade in. Well when I go in to my appointment it doesn’t go as planned. EDIT: NOT ONLY DID THEY RESOLVE THE ISSUE, THEY ALSO WENT AHEAD AND FIXED EVERYTHING! Got a 2022 Kia sportage from them not even 3 months ago. We were told it was up to date on repairs, nothing wrong with the kia and that it was thoroughly inspected. Mind you, a few years ago, we got a 2012 Chevy Malibu from them and they were honest about what needed to be done, which we eventually did.
