Been waiting 3.5 hours for a just a diagnosis and decision regarding a rental car. Currently waiting rental employee to come back from lunch. He went on lunch break knowing I needed this taken care of in order to pick up my child. Still no diagnosis. Major disregard for customers time on this under warranty issue.

Our salesman ******* and his used car manager *************************** went above and beyond to assist us in making it a nearly flawless purchase. Our first choice in vehicles ended up having a bad transmission with a failure within the the first 24 hours of purchase.
