I came into the service department for a simple, routine oil change. After sitting and waiting for two full hours, I finally went up to ask for an update on my vehicle. I was shocked to find out that they had never even checked my car into the system. Since it was 6 o'clock and they were closing I had to grab my keys and leave without getting any work done.To let a customer sit for two hours without a single update or even putting the car in the queue is completely unacceptable and disrespectful of my time.
