wanted to purchase the 2017 impala, was told by salesperson which happpen to be Terry duke that we could not purchase vehicle because it was over 30 thousand dollars. that made me upset and was ready to leave when my wife saw the Chevy trax, so we ended up buying the Trax, which in the end costed over 30 thousand dollars. so for that reason I would no recommend your dealership to anyone. Felt like he didn't take my best interest to heart.

I went to serpentine a few weeks ago to test drive a 2014 Ram for 26,600 . I wanted to purchase the truck but I had asked the salesman if they would buff the truck due to scratches,balance the tires due to a shimmy,and the rearview camera had moisture in the lense.I was told that it was just detailed and the problems are not safety issues.So for asking for a mere 100.00 in repairs they declined and lost a CASH sale.Now weeks later they have the balls to call me and offer another truck.Now the salesman claims that they would ... read more

I cannot possibly explain in words how impressed I am with this place! Car salesmen have a bad reputation for a reason, but the people here completely destroy that stereotype! They were just amazing. When they make an offer on trade or buying a car outright..... they’re no joke. Very aggressive and overly fair prices.
Bought a car from here a few years ago and now in the market again. Walked around the lot and tried to ask a few questions about some vehicles, but was ignored by staff inside and outside. I guess repeat customers aren't valuable, so I'll take my business elsewhere.
No experience with sales, but the service department is an absolute clown show. To be fair, the parts guy was great, he found the part I needed, was very friendly, and was 5*. Sadly, the service department was the most clueless group of people Ive seen in a dealership. THREE times I called to schedule an appointment for a seemingly simple task.
