Had a great experience working with Vince Morris and Ricardo Hoskin on a new Equinox purchase. They were so kind and took their time working out a great deal to get me out of a lease so I could purchase a new Equinox. Will refer them to anyone looking for a new car. Even my 9 year old son had a great time working on the deal with them!
Do not buy a car here. Bought a car six months ago and the check engine light is already on. $100 just to tell us what's wrong and god knows how much more to fix it. SIX MONTHS?!?! Sorry, but that's a lemon in my book... stand by your product and fix it.
Purchased my first vehicle here yesterday. Excellent Excellent service. They work with you and very friendly staff!!! I will recommend Mike S. to my friends since he was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond, more than i could ever have expected. Mike also met me there ON HIS DAY OFF to finalize my vehicle. I am more than pleased. Strongsville Serpentini is the place to go to.

Although paperwork took a while to get done (which was expected), we had a very pleasant experience! Everyone was very polite and our salesman Corey Anderle did his best to get payments down to a desirable amount and to get us out of there with our new vehicle as quick as he could. Hospitality was wonderful! Only recommendation I have is to possibly update the children's area. All of the books were torn apart and none of the sound books worked.
