RecommendedIt took 2 visits and nearly 6 hours, but Tim, Tom, Josh (?) Burns and Kyle were all very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional. They listened and showed us what we were looking for and did not push to upsell us into anything we didn’t need/didn’t want to pay for. Great buying experience!

ZERO STARS. WORST SERVICE I've ever had anywhere. Went there for 2 things to be fixed. I waited for 2 hours and neither were done. Then the "service" advisor John lied to my face about how the jobs were completed. I recommend you go anywhere but here. I complained to Chevy corporate office and they said the service manager would call me to resolve the problem but the only one who called was the same guy that lied to my face. NO THANKS
Everyone I dealt with at Serpentini was helpful. They guided me through the purchasing process, taking time to address all my questions and concerns.
I was going to purchase a used Tundra but it struck a pole while getting detailed in their shop last week. I was told that they would fix it and that it was only a minor issue that can be taken care of in house within four days. A week later I was told it was ready but I didn't think the price of the vehicle matched the situation since the vehicle was damaged they didn't want to budge on the price and it is now being listed as a "CLEAN CARFAX HISTORY REPORT AND NO ACCIDENTS" when it had body work done to a quarter of the bed... read more
