Was looking to get my brakes changed on a 2016 4runner. Called in to 3 different shops to get quotes. Saw this company (Sergeant’s Time) online and reached out to get a quote which was surprisingly and significantly a lot cheaper than the other 3 shops I called. The mechanic Shawn came to my residence with his tools and changed all 4 brake pads all before I finished watching my movie. My braking quality is excellent and no more squeaking. Shawn is the only person I let work on my brakes. He’s not a large dealer that gouges for prices, he’s competent, friendly, affordable. I enjoy the fact that he comes to me and alleviates the stress of dropping off my car somewhere and getting a shuttle/rental, etc. He’s a great brake technician and even better dude. Definitely recommend!
The Sergeant is the man! He did a phenomenal job on my brakes over the winter, all while I relaxed in the comfort of my home! He was on time, worked diligently, offered affordable pricing and was honest about what needed to be done and what didn't. Couldn't recommend him enough.🫡 Thanks Sergeant!
