Dr. Jean is a warm, caring and professional surgeon! He removed my thyroid completely, and didn't even leave a scar! Before surgery, he kindly took his time to squash any fears I had of losing my singing voice, which was a huge concern for me. After surgery, he was very concerned about my post op care and made sure everything was great. I greatly appreciate his words of comfort, and consideration. I recommend his service to anyone!
Dr Jean was wonderful! He did surgery on my neck, and a partial thyroidectomy. I'm 70 with high blood reassure. He was amazing! Kind and gentle. Thought we'd have to stay in the hospital, but got to go home! Filled pain medicine, only took 2. Garbled with hot salt water for a couple days for my throat, and that evening, I ate steak at home. Will go to home again if I need to!
I would not give any stars if I could. The doctor (Dr. Jean Serge at Watson Clinic in Lakeland Florida) was arrogant, very rude, disrespectful, he interrupted me, he did not listen to me and acted as if he knew more about me than I did, I was not able to explain my problems, he ignored my concerns, he spoke down to me, he was very ruff while examining me. Dr. Jean and his staff have been amazing with me and my family. I had a very traumatic experience in the hospital last year and then a very bad experience with another dr on my care team. He took me under his wing for all of my care and has been very kind and meticulous every step of the way. He also has treated my young son and was very good with him as well! I am so thankful to have found Dr. Jean and Watson Clinic!
