He's a good doctor, nice guy as well. But he stuck by the side of the anesthesiologist instead of me, his patient!! I couldn't possibly forgive that behavior!!!!!! She assaulted me yet he still backed her up as if he didn't both hear and see me yelling for her to stop!!!! And don't ever go to the now Novi Henry Ford Colonoscopy Center...all lying trash!!!!!
I found Dr Sorser and his staff to be very helpful and supportive I highly recommend him never had a problem getting an appointment the office staff was friendly and very helpful
I was a new patient a few weeks ago to this doctor. I will be the first to say that I waited four months to see this man. He was recommended by my primary care. Who cares about me dearly. I will just say I am never going back to this place, I agree with Michelle and her post When she stated it is horrible. No one calls you back. They don’t respond at all when you post messages to the chart on the portal and this is not the kind of doctor I want for me. I have been seeing now for a few years. He is always very professional, explains everything in a way I can understand (not over my head). I feel very comfortable and trust his completely with the Healthcare. He truly cares about his patients.
