After our appointment began the employee opened the door and left it open while two late people got ready to enter. Salt escaped the cave and light came in and we had to wait until they got settled. We were told our session would be extended but it was not. Completely ruined the relaxation. No employee was available to make a purchase or answer all our questions. Very unprofessional.
Awesome experience!! It was a great day to go we had the cave to ourselves!! Going back is a must, very relaxing!!
I had a horrible first experience due to the inconsiderate person that was inside the cave with me. She literally made my experience terrible from her behavior. I let the employee know and she had me to email the owner who emailed me back and basically said sorry she has no control over other people and suggest I purchase the room to have it to myself.
