Great atmosphere and very relaxing.
I woke up this morning with a sinus headache that worsened throughout the day. I begged my high school students to please bear with me as I attempted to teach with throbbing sinuses. On my way home I stopped by Serenity for a last minute appointment in the salt cave. Forty-five minutes later I felt tremendous relief. A couple of hours later, the pain and discomfort was completely gone. Time and money well spent!
The salt cave was relaxing. We also did the foot detox which was interesting. Enjoyed our time there.
It was my first time going to a salt cave, and I loved it! It smelled good, the atmosphere was so relaxing and Jules answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to go again and try all the services and get more supplies! Loved it 🌸
