If you haven't had services here, you shouldn't be making negative comments about something this business had zero control over. Obviously, this little girl (definitely not a woman) needs to grow up and understand the world doesn't revolve around her. This was a tragic ordeal for that woman and she calls her a "junkie"; who acts like that? Holly, if you read this, I hope you have had a significant dose of a reality check by now. They do beautiful work here. We are individually responsible for our own actions. Holding a salon responsible for one stylist actions is cruel. She is not an employee. She booth rents and rents space from serinity salon. Hold the insensitive stylist accountable, but the other stylist at serinity deserve to be backed up by the community and support their hard work.
Kaitlyn has always been so good to our family! Very professional and I would highly recommend this salon!
