Although the results have been excellent, I have felt rushed getting through the process from a consultation to a procedure.
I was introduced to Serenity Medspa via Living Social about 8 months ago and was initially nervous to try out a new spa but I found Serenity Medspa to be professional, clean, efficient and a place that I have recommended to several friends. The lobby area is lovely and the initial contact always friendly but professional. I initially paid to do the laser hair removal for my underarms but due to the pain free and wonderful service I have received, I have returned for my legs and now my bikini. Well worth the visit!

I really like Serenity Med Spa. Compared to other med spas that I have been to, I feel that this establishment excels in quality of service, and has the latest technologies. The staff is personable and trustworthy. I also appreciate that the staff takes the time to really listen to my concerns and explain why they recommend certain treatments.
They gave me aloe vera cream to slather and sent me home with extra. The whole experience went above and beyond what I have experienced at a super well known Dermatologist's office who I had to pay way more and received less attention and care.
I love to go to Serenity Spa. It is very clean and people are really nice. I really recommend to all my friends.
