Dr. Lisa and Dr. Kang answered all my questions. The staff was very friendly. Had a nice experience. Perfect!
Dr. Lisa was very engaging, as she took time to explain things to me in detail. She made recommendations that considered not only my needs but my budget as well. the office staff were welcoming and helpful.
Dr Lisa Kang is fantastic & I'm now a regular client. Her expertise and professionalism are immediately apparent and I've had good results with the treatments. She explains pros/cons of various options and helps decide the right approach. The staff are friendly and hospitable, the spa itself is very pleasant & comfortable.

The medical office does have a relaxing spa like quality and is comfortable, but not too over the top. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I very much like that I am serviced by a licensed doctor.
I would say that I was very pleased with the customer service and care I experienced by those working hard at Serenity Medspa.
It was fantastic. Dr. Theresa Bush is just wonderful in all ways. Couldn't be happier with my experience. She made the procedure go by quickly because she was so friendly and was clearly very concerned with me not experiencing any discomfort and was clearly excited with my results and wanted to make sure that I was too. She was also very honest with what my expectations should be.
Dr. Lisa and her team took great care of me. They were patient, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, made recommendations and tried to be as cost efficient as possible. I've been getting tons of compliments on how refreshed I look. I look and feel great! Thanks Dr. Lisa and Team, I 'll be back soon!
