Please get your bookings correct. You tell us to change to 4:15pm then said we are 3:15. We cancelled arrangements to be there. This is very frustrating.

Overall disappointing and overpriced experience. Got a couples massage & facial, my friend liked hers, and the facilities were nice.. my experience was unfortunately below average. - receptionist who greeted us at the entrance did my massage & facial - and yes answered the shop phone during my session - asked me what massage pressure I wanted, I said medium firm, she proceeded to give me soft for the next hr - except for on my shoulder bones - which was unpleasant - so I didnt want to tell her again to change the pressure be... read more
