I can’t even get these people come out and see my mom. How do they make their money. They have a contract with Cigna and I’ve already called them and waiting for a callback from them to complain about how unprofessional they are.
The service was very poor. Even though Aetna and Carecentrix assured Serenity my insurance covered home healthcare and visiting nurses 100%, Serenity refused to provide the home nursing service for my wife unless Aetna provided documentation directly to Serenity assuring coverage. They retuned the case to Carecentrix without informing me of that action. They only way I found out was calling them to find out where the nurse was. Now it has been 48 hours with no nursing services for my wife who had major surgery on Monday as C... read more
My therapist, Ricardo Gonzalez, has been by side for all my surgeries. He has helped me walk again, his service is amazing, he is a great person. I am so thankful to have a therapist like him. The schedule was from M-F to provide services after surgery which included drainage, wound care and vitals. The "Nurse" smelled of cigarettes (we don't smoke), failed to properly drain the drainage and used my wife's legs to push from when the nurse was squatting after draining. It was so bad that my wife refuse to have the nurse exchange the bandage. To top it off the nurse did not want us to complete the time slot on the time card.......
