RecommendedI got a shellac mani/pedi from Sherry today. The absolute highest quality service. Beautiful work. Sherry is an artist!
When you pay for a 80 min massage you should be massaged for 80 minutes, not 70. Hot tub jets broken, felt like a warm bath. A complimentary mamosa should be offered upon check in to every guest that purchased a service in the spa. Not just a “Diamond Package” Could not order food and drinks in the spa area(due to the corona virus) but you could by the pool. Critical: Communication, Professionalism Was looking forward to a girls day at the spa with 4 of my friends. The initial arrival was fine. The sweet lady Carmen took us back and gave us our robes and lockers. We then all went to get into the hot tub. The water was about bath water temperature and the jets were broken. One of the ladies at the spa told us we could go out and enjoy the pool and tiki bar since they were not serving food or drinks in the spa due to Covid. I received a massage yesterday from Hayley. It was by far the best massage I have ever received! The spa is amazing and very relaxing.
