The massage was great but the front desk was very disappointing. I came for a 2 hour massage/facial/pedicure package. I finished the first two and then waited...and waited...and waited. After waiting 25-30 minutes I checked in with staff to question when I would be taken back for my pedicure and was told it was not scheduled for another 50minutes but they would try to move it up! Absolutely amazing day!! Amazing facial and pedicure!! Very peaceful and tranquil.
Amazing spa! Staff is super friendly, helpful and professional! It's so clean and has so much to offer! I love that the gratuity is included into the price so I don't have to figure out math after relaxing all day haha Can't wait to come back again sometime!
Every time I've been there it was a wonderful experience. Plan to spend time there in May
Highly recommend this Spa. Not only do they have an amazing staff, but I've been going for years and they are always consistent. They make every guest feel special, from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave.
