outstanding My addictions counselor has impacted my recovery by providing me with the tools I need to continue my recovery. Whenever I had a question, he answered it. He seemed like he really cared about my needs and didn’t treat me like any random patient, he was kind and understanding to my needs. My mental health counselor was great. Change Both of my counselors have been beyond amazing. By the end I considered them friends. During each session they were concentrated on me. They made me feel comfortable. I could really talk to them about anything and everything. I would respect them and be honest and in return they would do the same. They both have truly helped me in more ways than one. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have made this much progress or changing this much without them.

Saved my life My counselor truly changed my life. She taught me to practice acupuncture and the importance of willingness. I also worked on my self-esteem and being okay with myself, which changed my perspective on so many things. She also helped me tremendously with my relationship with my family.
Open Minded I have become honest, open, and willing. I have learned to change my negative thoughts into positive ones. I have been given a way to change my perspective. I learned great coping skills and grounding techniques that actually work.
