I have been going to this dentist for about a year now and I love it. The office is always clean and the staff is very accommodating. I never wait long before I get taken back, and they play Netflix for you in the room while you wait. Dr tran always makes sure I am comfortable and he does great work. He always uses composite which I really appreciate considering how awful silver fIllings look. Serene dental care is a awesome place because they care to satisfy their patients. Very nice people there and the work they do there is great. Dr. Tran is an amazing dentist! I appreciate how he makes going to the dentist office a comfortable experience (as comfortable as it could get). He was aware of when I could not take the pain from doing work on my teeth, because I did have a lot of cavities. Thankfully he filled them in with composite so I don't have a mouth full of metal! So I get to have a pearly white smile! The staff is very friendly and professional. I did not have to wait weeks to see the dentist. The decor is sophisticated and modern. I get to watch Netflix while I wait. Oh, did I mention you get an up close and personal view of your teeth? Each tooth is photographed and placed on the television screen (in your personal sitting area) for your viewing pleasure. Dr. Tran is easily the best dentist I've had caring for my teeth. Every time I've gone in for a visit he's gone over what exactly is wrong and what procedures will occur. The only negative thing I can say is that every visit to the office I'm aware of how bad I take care of my teeth. Over the course of a year Dr. Tran has refilled my broken cavities with composite which has gotten me plenty of compliments. Serene Dental is by far one of the best dentist offices I have visited. The office is very clean, the staff are welcoming and professional. Serene Dental is just that. The office has a peaceful feel from the decor to the music. Front desk staff is very friendly. Dr Tran is patient, helps you feel at ease, explains what needs to be done and makes sure you understand prior to his proceeding. He has a very gentle touch. I've had bad experiences in the past with the shot that numbs your mouth, not with Dr Tran. Throughout my fillings, he checked in with me to ensure I was ok. I felt as comfortable as I could be in a dental chair. Thank you, Dr Tran!
This place is amazing very friendly staff and very fast easy service, dr tran is my favorite. Every time I come to his office he greets me with a warm smile and gets straight to the point. I will definitely bring my kids here for years on to come. My daughter seems to not be scared with dr. Tran(even though she is terrified of the dentist). so I really appreciate what he does for my family. Thank you serene dental !!!
