Elena is above all friendly and personable, she is also fast, thorough and good at what she does! I've just started getting waxed and was anxious about of course the discomfort of the procedure, but also of feeling embarrassed with the process and the technician - but Elena immediately put me at ease and it felt like we'd known each other for ages. I can't thank her enough!
