Dr. Serta makes you feel right at ease as I was nervous when I first went there because I had been going to the same doctor for the last 25 years and I was hoping to find a caring doctor whom I would be comfortable with and respected. ( All doctors do not make you feel this way) That is very important to me. I have found one and I can only hope that she does not move from the area.

Dr. Hawthorne is great. She is very personable and spent a lot of time looking over my medical history. She also made sure that I was up-to-date with all my lab work and screenings. I would definitely recommend her as a primary physician.

Outstanding doctor/medical professional - takes time to discuss and understand any medical issues you have as well as general overall well being. Explanations of any problems along with remedies are easy to understand and thorough.
Very poor bedside manner and don't question her, she will refuse to speak with you and throw you out of the office. Currently under Medicare investigation

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a general physician. I would not recommend I've been going here for two years and after numerous situations I have decided to be done with it and find someone who is more caring and can actually figure out what's going on.
I love Dr. Hawthorne! She is a verying caring health care provider who listens to her patients. She spends time with you and does not make you feel like she is in a hurry to get to her next appointment. I am very satisfied with her as my Doctor and as long as she is in Pensacola she will always be my Healthcare provider!!
