Dr. Hawthorne is very professional, personable, thorough and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed in any way. This office is very convenient to my house, easy check in and the lab is on site. Very pleased!
She listens to your troubles and is very capable of an accurate diagnosis. I appreciate the time she spends with me!

I was impressed by Dr. Hawthorne’s up to date medical knowledge on my specific condition. She is very competent and has a relaxed bedside manner.
Dr Serda Hawthorne shows much needed empathy when one is ill. She is concerned about one’s issues and directs each problem with a well planned treatment and approach. She also explains every detail of the plan and the medications prescribed. In addition, she assures you that if you’re not improving, to contact her immediately. My last visit with her absolutely put me at ease which is not always what I have found with other MDs when I’ve left their office!
Dr Serda Hawthorne is "right on" with her diagnosis every time....small issues or large. Appreciate her time, attention and listening skills. Wish we could clone Dr. Hawthorne as she is a very busy doctor with a very busy schedule. It should be noted that appointments could be 1 or 2 months in the future with her. Not happy about that as I prefer to only see Dr. Hawthorne.
I really love Dr Hawthorne. She always takes the time to listen and never tries to rush you out of the office, like many unfortunately do. I can always get in to see her, usually the same day, for a sick visit. She truly seems to care about her patients.
Dr. Serda Hawthorne has been a wonderful doctor to me and also to my daughter, Jennifer. Jennifer has cerebral palsy and needs to have someone that is aware of her needs. We are very happy with this Dr. We really love her nurse that assists her. She goes out of her way to help and make sure the doctor knows what is needed. We love both of them.
VERY FRIENDLY AND OUTGOING WITH A GREAT PERSONALITY. A WONDERFUL FAMILY DOCTOR.
