I liked Dr. Hawthorne. I am new to this facility, and have been impressed both my visits there...first with Lorrie Knapp, in March, and now with Dr. Hawthorne...as well as the office staff.
Dr. Hawthorne and her staff are extremely professional and kind. I respect Dr. Hawthorne a great deal. I trust her judgment and highly recommend her.
My visits are always rewarded with such care and I feel for the first time like I’ve found my family Dr. They are so friendly right from beginning to end, and receptions Jesi is truly sweet and helpful!
My visit was great and I was treated well.All of my questions and concerns were taken care of while I was there.I am very happy with Dr. Hawthorne as she really cares about her patients and takes the time to listen!
Serda is caring, involved and thorough. She touches all the bases with you every time you come in. I wouldn't trade her for all the tea in CHIna.
I went to Dr Hawthorne as a new patient. So far I am very impressed with the staff, the modern facilities, and how Dr Hawthorne was interested in helping me reduce the amount of meds my prior Dr had me on.
Very professional, informative, and understanding physician. She makes the patient feel at ease and helps the patient understand her recommendations.
Dr Hawthorne is very patient oriented. She takes her time and goes over everything. She is genuinely invested in her patients well being. I have only been seeing her for a year but switched from a dr that i had been seeing for years and i am so glad i did.
I just love Dr Serda, she's is an excellent Doctor. Personable, informative & very smart. I've been under her care for the past 2 yrs. I moved to Pensacola from another state, my insurance recommended her and I couldnt have found one better. Im a diabetic patient, im seen in her office every 3 mths for evaluation/blood work. Under her care im on my way to better health w.my blood sugar than ive had in 20 yrs. Im very pleased with the care I receive from the whole team at West Florida Medical Group
