I really hate this place they lost my moms file 4x n she went n on the 1st of Dec for blood work they told her they lost the results so she did it again n 2day she went n they told her they they can't find her file she's trying 2 get her medication n they said they have no paper work showing she ever took that kind of pills for about 7 years or more but I have her medication here n it's from 5-13-15 it's so stupid

Racest selctive and pepole who actually need to see a doctor have to wait hoirs while they treat there outer races loke gold been watching this for years im now wrighting a letter to city about this place
Honestly I think they need to be quicker with their patients and put a play room for the children so that they can do all their romping around on the playroom instead on the clinic but otherwise OK
My experience with the Physicians has been remarkable, however, the staff has a problem somehow when it comes to calling in prescriptions, sharing medical record and radiology results with other physicians and qualified medical therapy personnel. My most recent experience while seeing my physician involved Racial Profiling. When I get my appt card for the next visit I do not appreciate my first name being changed to "ALBERTO" This is unacceptable. My grandson was taken here yesterday afternoon, and it was, without a doubt, the absolute worst patient experience I have ever seen. My daughter was treated very badly, and my Grandsons care was compromised by the lack of customer service or compassion shown by front desk employee. I will be contacting Management as well as my insurance.
