Great care horrible wait times. Even on a day when it's not busy it's about two hours or more plan for a whole day event unless you get extremely lucky.
The Clinic says opened till 3:00pm and I arrived at 2:50 and they said I couldn't be seen because they already had a list ???? Really then why say your opened till 3 and it's a walk in clinic. Only in Porterville. 12/11/16
This is the last place you want to go if you're not well! I came here the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and I know it's a holiday weekend but the female "doctor" that saw me me couldn't have been a bigger B+@ch if she tried... She turned what is a simple procedure into wanting to give a recommendation somewhere else and give me medications that were useless. Her bed side manner was something you'd see in a MC Donald's employee act like during the graveyard shift.
Love this place. I like the entire staff. They are carrying and loving. I Love my Doctor Dawn Vinning she is awesome.
Duran horas para atender a un paciente. La clínica está llena y no hay ni donde sentarte. El doctor debería entrar a las tres, y todavía no llega.
I love this place it's better than family health care that place is a joke I came here and got a great doctor and she is on top of things and when I have an appointment I get called right away I don't have to wait for a long time and walk in's don't get called and seen before me in like family health care network and I only see one doctor not a different one every time I come that's what I love this place I see doctor Yunes she is the best in my eyes
This place is a joke!!!!!!!! Had an appt at 5pm (got here at 4:30) and here it is 6:30pm and one girl says you're next...then leaves for the day! Then the only one left starts calling all the Hispanic patients ahead of us!!!!! When we tell her we need to reschedule! Been here 2 hrs and in a lot of pain!!! She says, well there's still a 4:15 appt ahead of you! This is BS!!!!!!!! And UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! Will be filing a complaint Monday morning with Mr. Angel!!!!!!! Incompetent, useless, nurses and receptionists talk bad about you within earshot. Site is very dirty and multiple individuals scheduled at the same time with same doctors. It's not a stretch to assume they use dirty instrumentation, lose/mix up samples and medications, etc. Having been to a few hospitals this is honestly among the worst and I will be complaining to whatever regulatory boards required.
