I came in looking for a natural glam, glowy look and Alisha O far exceeded my expectations. Like me, she’s a perfectionist, and it shows in every detail of the work she did today. She has an incredible eye, took her time to get everything just right and was so kind throughout. I left feeling radiant and completely myself, just elevated. Went in to test a setting spray and this worker in a rude tone said don’t do that, I wish I would’ve gotten her name and she rolled her eyes lol, also I turned around to look at her and overheard her talking trash to her co worker. Honestly embarrassing yikes 😬

I am leaving this review to bring a serious customer-service concern at the Sephora Halifax Shopping Centre location. I purchased a NARS foundation for my wife after being color-matched by a Sephora employee. Unfortunately, the shade did not match.
