Went here to buy a couple things and Jasmine and Dwanique were very knowledgeable and kind! I had to return an UNOPENED AND UNUSED foundation a couple days later (Aug 22 at 10am) as I wanted a different one but the lady at the counter treated me as if I was an inconvenience. Not impressed by this. Next staff meeting please teach your people to handle returns with lots of patience for the patrons and some COMPASSION.
I went to Sephora with my sister to purchase some skin care products. Customer service was really nice as Himani was very helpful by recommending and picking out some products for our skin. She was very sweet and friendly towards us.
Visiting Sephora Halifax was a delightful experience. The pleasant aroma immediately set the tone, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Always my go-to spot whenever I need to pick up a new cologne, and my wife does the exact same for her beauty needs because of the massive collection of brands they carry.
