I wish I could rate lower than a star. I recently moved to Halifax from Toronto & to my surprise, this halifax location employees are a disgrace. The way they treat customers is ridiculous. I am talking about the manager so just imagine what the rest of them be doing. No wonder why I see such detailed 1 star reviews in here. Very bad. If you keep doing like this you are only losing, we all are going to Shoppers now in halifax. Good luck.
I recently purchased a men’s cologne online and the atomizer came broken in the box, Sephora refused to acknowledge their error and refused to refund me, so I had my bank refund me $148.20 this week. I have had this happen so many times. And to touch on what “Abby Smith” said in a post about 2 week ago, I’ve seen employees and managers target and mistreat people of age, race, color AND gender.
