I took an item back that did not match my skin..when I was in town...I live over an hour away and had ordered online with several other items I kept..the tall older lady with short brown hair ..that came to help the sweet girl at my register..was extremely hateful at me no reason..I was going to stay and get correct color..but her way of talking down and hateful..just ruined my shopping experience..she needs to go through customer training or get a job thats not in the public service.. . ..

I went to Sephora today to grab one item that I’ve been needing. The staff were friendly and helpful but I was shocked at how dirty the store was. I haven’t been to this location in probably a year. Everything was covered in layers of dirt and dust. The makeup testers were dirty and covered with old makeup. I was genuinely grossed out. It made me not want to look around and shop. I was in and out with my one item. I’m sad that was my experience. I was looking forward to shopping there.

Very helpful and friendly employees. The parking for this location isn't great, especially on Friday - Sunday, it's very busy and hard to find a spot.

My wife went in with my daughter and her friend and the staff ignored them and treated them as lesser. Ignored questions refused to help in any way and eventually they left without purchasing anything. Ulta is a much better store with staff who actually try
