I enrolled in this program through a website named curadebt. Debts were handled by Peak Legal Advocates. Eventually, Sentry Servicing took over Peak Legal Advocates. Sentry Servicing has very poor customer services except for one or two reps who were helpful. You can never call in and talk to someone. It is always leave a voice mail and hopefully they will call back. I thought this program offered legal protections from being sued and that was not the case. I signed up with this company in hope of getting my debts paid without going into Bankruptcy but nothing has been paid on any creditors and I have been making a payment with them for over a year.

I just cancelled my plan with Sentry Servicing and Global Client Solutions. I really think someone should look into the fees this company is charging and it is very misleading. I paid over $2,900.00 to a trust account with Sentry/Global, and less than $1,300 was paid to the company that I owed the debt to. That means $1,600.00 went towards fees. I felt like this was very misleading and I would be paying this debt forever based on the structure and fees associated with this program. These programs should have some regulation ... read more

I have appreciated Sentry Servicing's support over the last two years. Because of their intervention on my behalf, my credit card debt, which was crushing me, was reduced by 2/3. I have now completed the program and that credit card debt is gone!! Thank you Sentry Servicing, so much. The counselors who were assigned to me were always supportive and positive when I talked with them on the phone. I have appreciated their professional manner. During a very stressful time, Sentry was a great comfort. After being laid off from work for 18 months and accumulating significant unplanned medical expenses, our family was in a rough place. Sentry was very patient and helped us manage our debt and truly "restart" our family economics. Now that we have finished the program, our credit rating is climbing every month and most importantly, I don't have a mountain of debt and a mountain of stress to go with it. Thanks Sentry!

I am a current client of Sentry Servicing. I am so grateful for their assistance in all my financial (consolidation) needs! They have gone over and above any expectations I ever had for this type of business. Their goal was to truly help! Never did they belittle or scold me for the financial conditions I found myself in, as other similar agencies had.
