We enrolled with **** ***** advocates 25 months ago over the phone. I called the number after seeing the ******** **** ****** commercial several times. We didn’t want to file bankruptcy, we wanted to do the right thing, with in legal guidelines and the guidance of a professional with the knowledge to handle our situation. **** legal was terrible, our money just sat there and nothing was happening. Absolutely terrible company. They have terrible customer service skills. I was told when I enrolled in the program someone would be in contact with me every month. Not once did someone call me. If you send an email, it never gets answered. It gets assigned to an agent and that’s it. I was told that I had protection from being sued and I got summoned to court. I was told there was nothing they could do. I had to settle that on my own so I had two payments to pay every month instead of the one. I needed to postpone a payment f... read more

Every time the client emailed us asking to skip a payment, we skipped the payment and responded to the clients email. The only time we couldn't skip the payment was when the client had a ongoing settlement payment that required the funds of his upcoming payment. Out of the 4 debt enrolled we settled two with a savings of close to $7,000 and were working on the ******* **** account with *** *********.
