Jenna is the absolute LAST PERSON on this Planet Earth that needs to be giving personal advice. On any level. They also take your card information and bulldoze you with appointments without even checking your availability? And the typos and grammatical errors in their communication makes me wonder if this is a professional establishment at all. Seek help elsewhere.
