A SENTARA pediatrician just dismissed our newborn son because we refused a vaccination. I've been going to this practice since I was a child. My children go here and today I have never been more disappointed. The amount of empathy I was treated with by this employee on the phone was alarming. I was trying to tell her what is wrong with my son and she immediately interrupted me and said are you looking to make an appointment. She could care less what was wrong. Told her I probably couldn't get him in today and she said well we don't make next day appointments which is fine however she talked to me like a robot. ... read more
