Senior Medical Staff advised me that Seniors don't use computers so they have no need for a patient portal. However, they clearly indicate on the website, ...yes, the one Seniors wouldn't use.... that records are available on line. No link to this nifty feature, but hey, senior are to dumb to do it anyway. And the twenty something staff clearly haven't been trained that Senior Citizens talk loudly on phones.
