My initial impression of this franchise was very good. Bob took an hour with my sister, mom and I to go over history, etc. My mother was matched with a great helper, who she accepted even though she does not feel she needs any help (she is at the early stages of dementia). But our helper needed to resign abruptly (understandable, these things happen). The very best in Chicagoland!
I started with Senior Helpers as a client when I needed a caregiver for my mother. The services they provided at that time were just great and I hired a caregiver that was with my family for two and half years, up until I had to put my mom into an assisted living facility. I kept in touch with them over the years and started working for them as a caregiver last year part-time.
