Do not work here or hire this company. This place is very unorganized and they take your hours with no notice and no explanation and you hear NOTHING from them anymore. This is people’s livelihood and have families to take care of. Also, if a person is sick or unable to make it to work for their shift and gives adequate notice (I’ve heard this from SEVERAL of their patients and employees so this isn’t coming just from me) they claim they don’t have anyone to cover the shift so the patient is left with no one to care for them... read more
Recommendedbeen there three years a great place to work and I love the environment and the team players
the flat out truth about what a person is gonna make an hour described specifically, dont pay one person for the same EXACT job without even a HHA license way more than the person in same home that does have an HHA. the fact that they make the schedule and put you on all holidays and even a 24 hour shift without even confirming with the person first. explain that if you drive 40 minutes a day there and back you DO NOT get paid for it. make sure they train people properly without throwing them in blindfolded.

Residents are wonderful. Management and scheduling, on the other hand, is a nightmare. During the interview they say whatever they can to get you into the position, but once you're working they couldn't care less about you. The schedule I gave upon my interview, and while filling out paperwork, was completely ignored. When I reiterated my schedule, I was called another half a dozen times still inquiring me to work days I was unavailalbe. My schedule was on file. This blew my mind. Promised the world at intake only to be dropped as a client the first time I made a request (that they said originally would be no problem). Beware!
I think � they are one � of the best home health care companies ever all my clients are very happy � with them & the family happy � also sweet people clean pay is good � I'm happy & my clients are happy
