RecommendedWe had a great caregiver. The office staff seems a bit disorganized. I'm really disappointed in one thing: After five years and approximately $100k with them, Senior Helpers couldn't even be bothered to send a card when my mom died. Given that would almost always be the culmination of the relationship, you would think they would handle it better. It doesn't seem very caring or professional.
Senior helpers dont care about their employees i am currently employed here been on the job for 5 years never got anything for Christmas a bonus or anything they took me off a shift that i have been working a year never notified me about it and now expect me to live off of 7 hours a week i need one steady client not go all over the world to get my hours i have kids to take care of. i am pissed talked to scheduling they keep trying to give me clients on the 2 days i have a client and mind u my old client wants me back instead... read more

I would not trust this company at all. They don't do background checks and will hire anybody. I wouldn't trust them with my family at all.Choose a company that cares cause Senior Helpers don't.
