Worst place to work if you are in nursing. The administration will have any RN or LPN be a CNA, have a medication cart and also be responsible for charge nurse and supervisor duties, as well as be responsible for other nurse's treatments and if they aren't done you must do them or be threatened for neglect. I have never worked for such a back water, unorganized unsafe facility as this. Its quite apparent this corporation only cares about profit and not patient safety...Don't believe me? Ask the nursing staff.
3RD FLOOR ANSWER THE PHONE! 7 hours straight no answer at the desk almost every evening also you are responsible for my grandmothers denture which was somehow lost thrown away or stolen for some very odd reason now she has no denture to eat and was spitting out her food where is her denture? Tablets and brush was there but container with teeth are missing! Had to be the 3rd shift because i left late with her denture in her mouth. Patients are ignored, especially if friends and family are not there to babysit the staff. I started timing the staff response to things. My mother called for help and it took over 40 minutes for someone to come one night. I'm glad she just had to go to the bathroom and she wasn't having a medical emergency. Unfortunately this was a semi-regular occurrence, especially on weekends. The excuse is always we are short-staffed. Seneca is terrible and the state needs to shut this place down. If you love your family do not send them here the staff does not care about the patients/ your family members. Just recently a patient in a wheelchair escaped because the nurses don’t pay attention to them. A patient recently fell out the bed and died because of neglectful aids and nurses.
