I went to Seneca Place rehab after my surgery at UPMC in Nov. 2025. I was checked in and situated in my room by 1500hr by 2 nurses. I was not seen again by anybody until 2100hr, until I guess they remembered I was there. Fortunately, I was sufficiently ambulatory to check myself out of this place the following morning and texted an Uber driver to take me to my car. No one should have to put up with this kind of treatment! I would NOT RECOMMEND this facilty to my worst enemy!
My father was there twice for rehab. My stepmother is there for her second time. She is receiving excellent care.
I would advise you guys to hire a new front desk clerk because I’ve never experience someone so rude in my life. I am dasher…Whenever I walked in, I didn’t even get greeted. Whenever I walked up to the desk, she didn’t speak to me. I had to say I was door dashing when clearly my bag says DoorDash. She told me to set it down on the side rudely.
