I’ve bought two Mitsubishi’s here in the last year and have nothing but great things to say. Sales team and finance team do a great job getting me and my family in and out. Service department? I called and made an appointment for Sendell Mitsubishi to replace my transmission on a lancer. They had at least two weeks to order the transmission for me. Yesterday I drove from Johnstown to go to my 8:00am appointment and they told me that they never ordered my transmission. I left and called Tri Star Mitsubishi in Altoona, they said they were booked all day but managed to squeeze me in that day. I bought my lancer from Sendell ,and tried to stay loyal to them. Doug- I apologize for your experience. There was a miscommunication on our part. We do not stock transmissions, due to the cost being +$11,000. Typically there is diagnostic work done at the dealership prior to a part of that nature being ordered and installed.

Amazing service! They made sure I had everything set and even made sure to do a little work on it before I took it home! I loved everything about my experience there and especially going home with my dream jeep!
I don't think much of sendell. I was told things would be fixed on my car when I bought it. Still getting a run around. All they keep doing is lying about things. This was the second time my car has been there and nothing was fixed. All they do is waste your time and give you a line of BS. Like you are stupid.

Car shopping was made so much nicer at sendell! Great salesman! He wasn't pushy, worked within my pricing, and made sure I knew everything about my new 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport before I left the parking lot!
