I bought a new Outlander Sport from sendell today. It was the best experience I've had in any car dealership by far. All of the staff was fantastic and friendly. Even sales people not helping us made small talk. Lou is the person we dealt with and he went above and beyond to help us. Thanks for everything I'll definitely do business here again.

I’ve never set foot in this dealership yet but I called there after having another dealership tell me to leave their service center. I called Sendell and explained the problem to a sales advisor bc it was after closing for service. Chris let me explain the problem and told me to bring it in to get it checked out. He was so helpful after the bad situation and run around I was getting from another dealership not believing that there is a problem with my car.
