Sendas is a top notch urgent care facility with an all-star team of doctors and nurses! Our family has visited Sendas for a multitude of reasons in the past year. Each time we leave, we feel like we have been properly diagnosed and treated in a quality fashion.
My son was "seen" very briefly and we were told they would rather have us take him to the E.R. They wrapped a piece of gauze around his wound and sent us on our way. When we went up to the counter to be charged, we were told by the girl at the counter that "they" (the doctors I'm assuming) said we weren't being charged. There was really not any "treatment" and months later they send me a bill. I have called numerous times to resolve the matter and nobody ever contacts me back. This place is a joke. The few times I have taken my kids there, we have had an issue.. took my daughter there for possible pneumonia and they not only gave her the wrong antibiotics but I called for several days to find out xray results and they gave me the run around for a week... BEWARE if they ask you to come back for a follow up, plan on paying another co-payment because they wont see you if you dont! They wouldnt take my sons cast off until I made another co-pay... this place is ridiculous and there staff is extremely R... read more
