A+. The store is very well kept, and organized. The staff was very helpful, and their attitudes were very nice and upbeat. They handled sensitive matters privately, which I found very respectful, and I was very appreciative of such. My only choice to go to when I need to ship items, or have important documents that I need faxed. They also have bill pay services, I have not needed to use those yet, but if I ever do...I know right where I will be going!

I bought a snowman cookie jar and had them ship it to CA. It was a match to a Santa I had at home and I found it in perfect condition in an antique store in Berlin. It arrived in too many pieces to count, and that was after I asked them to add extra packing because it was moving around in the box. They charged me an extra ten dollars for the added packing. When it arrived broken they sent me a check for $50. I can't replace it, so they can send themselves packing. I'd like to see how many bones they break.

I would like to say that there is no other place I will ever send my packages. The first time I was ever there I was greeted with a happy smile and thoughtful gesture on helping me return my Apple Watch. I honestly was so impressed that I couldn’t believe anyone could be this nice. I am all about supporting small businesses especially since I am a small business owner. The first time I visited this place I thought it was amazing and I hit it off really well with who I believe is the owner. My last two visits however have been less than stellar and I swear I will never go back even if it's out of convenience. When I drop off a package that's being shipped UPS or FedEx I have already paid to return that package and I expect a receipt so that I can track my returned product and know that it's getting back... read more

Jackie, I'm sorry you were less than happy after being asked to leave a .25 cent donation to the charities we are supporting this year (Austintown Community Baseball and Falcon Animal Rescue) to obtain a receipt for your package. We offer our clients a safe, convenient place to leave their dropoff packages. (Last year we had over 5500 of them.)
