The staff and owner are always friendly, courteous and professional! I have had them pack and ship many, many items and not once has anything been damaged during shipment or before it left the business. I HIGHLY recommend Send It Packin' for all your shipping, packing and mailing needs! It is a small business and it is the ONLY business for this need that I will use! I paid $151 to get a Father’s Day and Birthday gift to Az with a week’s time....was delivered late and with a signature needed which I told them to waive and was not needed. Needless to say the package missed the birthday and Father’s Day and had to be rerouted to Vegas since the individuals left for vacation....was supposed to be relived today in Vegas- NOPE!!! They are now saying tomorrow! It’s been 12 days tomorrow since I shipped it! Never use them! They admitted to making multiple mistakes in this process on their end!!... read more

On behalf of FedEx, the company we entrusted to deliver your package, I'm truly sorry your package did not arrive on the day expected. I am glad, however, they didn't damage the 16" hollow glass-piece we packed inside the package, even after the 2,000 mile trip cross country to it's original destination in AZ, and then another 400 miles to the re-directed location of Nevada.
First use was shipping our wedding flowers (silk) to the UK They did such an awesome job packing, everything made it in one piece and no issues. More recently I shipped the flowers (silk) for my goddaughters wedding .... they arrived today ..... complete perfection!!! The staff there truly cares about what they are shipping and it’s good to know your items, as fragile as they are, arrive perfect!!! We highly recommend them and will continue to give them our business!!!! Tracy is a rockstar!!! �
