In spite of the food and ambience being generally good, a person can certainly make an experience. Our waiter lacked any and every form of politeness both in his verbal as in his nonverbal demeanor. We were provided a rushed service and a pedantic attitude (especially towards my wife's accent, in spite of her excellent English) that will certainly make us think twice next time. That attitude may fly in NY but it's quite disappointing here.
Worst service EVER! The hostess sat us at the wrong table & instead of just letting it go, the owner had the nerve to ask us to move after we finished our appetizer. Wow!! Wrong move to make in this social media world!! We use to take customers from out of the state here, all the time. NEVER AGAIN!!
Ate dinner here for the 1st time. Certainly won't be the last. The muscles are the best I've ever had. Lobster BLT was delicious and had a trailer park hot dog. Excellent service + cool hipster atmosphere = perfect dinner!
I used to live in Cincinnati and this was one of my favorite places. I am fortunate enough to get back at least once a year and this is one of my must go to restaurants. The poutine is AH-MAZ-ING and you can't go wrong with the Madame Croque. Oh, and the pot stickers...or the dessert pretzel bites!!! Pretty much anything - this is a must try. I always have my kids and it is a bit tight - especially for a two year old - BUT there are always children there during the day and the staff and other guest never seem to mind :)
Our server knew the menu well, very helpful. Food was amazing but the drinks were to die for!
Food and service was amazing! We were vacationing from Indiana and we would Definitely come back!
Enormous, tasty, gourmet hot dogs. Incredible duck fat fries. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was comfortable.
