Semper solaris Bakersfield has the absolute worse customer service! my job took about 7mos. Failed inspection and my panel had to be moved twice. they lost the plans to my job. I had to turn to youtube to learn how to turn it on because they wouldn't call me back!
Solar system is complete and generating solar power! Being a former Navy Captain I reached out to Semper Solaris since they are veteran owned and operated. My wife and I met with Genevieve the solar representative. She was very informative and took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and was very patient answering all of our questions. Recently finished our New roof and Solar system with Semper Solaris. After having a friend have his solar done by them we decided to get some quotes. Working with Mark I**** we got a quote that was lower than the competition and the product offered was far better. The team from Semper Solaris just finished installing our 9.125 KW system (25 LG panels). They did an amazing job! An extremely clean install all the way around. Great job Semper Solaris! Rhami was very informative and friendly during our initial consultation. We interviewed multiple solar companies and his offer was the best overall value. He was quite responsive and on top of it during the process. The installation went off sooner than expected and we are very happy with the end result. The Panasonic solar system looks great and is performing slightly above what was promised. Excellent overall experience. Call Rhami and ask to work with him directly!
From the initial meetings with Caesar L. our sales rep, thru the site survey, permits, installation and final approval, the project manager and his crew were the absolute best. We've been considering solar for several years. After a number of interviews with different companies, Semper was by far the BEST. I look forward every day to coming home and seeing how each panel performed during the day.
Semper Solaris did an awesome job of installing our solar power. The whole system only took two days to install and looks fantastic! Dan Hawley did us right on the price too, The installers were professional and Serine in customer service is a true asset to you all. 2 Thumbs up! GO MARINES!
