We got great customer service working with Semper Solaris, both from the sales and customer service organizations. Nicole L***, in particular, was very helpful to us in achieving our goals.
Mark explained every detail. We learned a lot because this was all new for us. The timing he gave us was very accurate, 6-8 weeks. The service was great and we are happy with it! We recently had our solar installed by Semper Solaris and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. We worked with Nicole L and she was excellent every step of the way. She was quick to respond to all the questions we had leading up to the install. During the waiting period for the city permits we kept in constant touch giving us updates. Semper Solaris did an excellent job on the install and we are very happy with how it turned out. Definitely give them a call!

She took the time to review and explain our system needs, answered all our questions about install timeline, and guided us through the entire process. The communication from Semper Solaris was excellent and they took care of everything related to net metering with SDGE.
