We just had our Roof completed last month and I couldn't have been any more pleased with the Quality , time frame and customer service service was great. The Project manager Chris from the Riverside area did a great job keeping us updated and started and finished the project on time and went over and above on every request or questions we had. I looked at several companies for solar before going with Semper Solaris. Gavin came out and was great at providing an overview of their product and how the system would work. The project manager (Mark) and installer (Mike) were amazing. They communicated with me all the way through the process. They shared tips on the system and completed the job in less time than I expected. I saw an immediate difference in my SDGE bill after the first cycle. Outstanding company! Semper kept me informed throughout the project. They sent me periodic emails to let me know that we were still waiting (about 6 weeks) for the city permit. Once the permit was approved, the installation was the following week. The work crew was on time, and completed the work in 1 day. There were a couple of roof tiles that were broken, not sure if they were pre-existing or were broken during the installation, but Semper replaced the tiles the very next morning because rain was in the forecast. Excellent! My solar ground mount looks great and although it took awhile to be completed because the County of SD is very slow; we are happy. The crew was gentle when working around my wife's plants and garden which we very much appreciated. We worked with Rhami during the sales process and he was informative and always available to us which made us feel in good hands. Thank you Rhami! I am not satisfied with the solar system I got from Semper Solaris. I was told that the system would cover at leat 90% of my electricity bill. At the end of year one I had to pay over $1200 to SCE. That is a huge bill i was not prepared for and not what I was sold on by Bob K*** the salesman. Excellent! My yearly SDGE bill was only $16 last year. I used to pay $350 per month during the summer time; and $200 per month thru the rest of the year. Semper Solaris was great thru out the entire project. Our representative Rhami was helpful and answered all of our questions during our first meeting and after we signed the contract. Rhami's knowledge and friendliness made us feel comfortable working with him and his company; and we are not disappointed. Great overall experience and my system is producing better than what was promised 2 years later. Rhami & Semper Solaris are excellent! They kept me up to date on timing and the crew was professional and clean. I've referred them over and over again and my friends and family have also reported back that they are quite happy as well. Fantastic! Our project was done excellently with the help of Rhami our sales rep & the great crews of Semper Solaris. My 50 yr roof looks great, Night Sky black shingles and white fascia with white gutters. My neighbor stopped by to give me compliments. My Panasonic system came with the best warranties and the SolarEdge per panel monitoring was far superior to Sunpower’s monitoring which does not allow for per panel.
