Has gone down hill the last 3 years. Everything they say is not allowed in the lease they still allow unless you make it a point to constantly bring to their attention. Up keep is poor.

Very dishonest and poor management. I signed a short term lease for 4 months as I was new to the area. Management said I could rent month to month after that. I just received notice if I want to do that they are raising my rent to $6,100 a month! Crystal told me that was the market value, when I asked for comps to show that she said she couldn’t accommodate my request. Very poor response to service calls as well. You get what you pay for. Security cameras & guards do rounds. Nice apartment, small pool & workout room. Parking isn't the greatest. Onsite storage building is adequate. They do their best to keep landscape looking green & clean. Schools & stores are within walking distance.

I love this apartment complex! I think that they do a good job showing they care about there residents and they keep up on the property. The only thing that could be better would be the more uncovered parking spaces! Overall this is the BEST place we have rented from and I'm glad we found our way here! �
Great staff! Service is quick and efficient. Apartments are clean and have nice amenities. Love living here!
They are great! The neighbors are great, too! One helped organize a search for my cat while I was at work and thanks to the office and neighbors my cat was found and is now home safe:)
