The company did my roof in 2017. The roof leaked in 2018. Guillermo Perez was very rude and refused to come back. And I have a 10 year warranty so still 2 more years. I had to fix it three times since myself.
Response time is the worst, no call back and once you do get help you have invested so much time to simply receive basic customer service , a basic requirement/expectation. On initial repair we had several subsequent leaks , material used was evidently not the best on a major section of our roof, which to date continues leaking and no one returns a call.
