Worst customer service ever! They are slow slow slow and never answer the phone, their equipment rarely works and the trucks are all messed up! Wow, and everyone that works here hates their life and they want you to know it!
I picked up a 20 ft. truck in Corpus Christi with 1/2 tank of gas. My son returned the truck at the Leslie Road site in San Antonio with a full tank by accident (apprx. $70 more gas). Uhaul refused to work with me in any way to give me some credit for the extra gas. Very unprofessional. I will never use Uhaul again.
nasty service reps they have caller id so if you have a question they cant answer they wont pick up verry poor service so many other dealers to spend you hard earned money than this one
