Ive been in the care of Chiropractic since a sports injury in high school (over 35 years ago) but have never had the level of quality care as I have with Doctor John. Acupuncture and nutritional analysis as well. Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. I can't recommend Doctor John higher!!
Doc Self is wonderful!! I have been to several different Chyroprators / Accupunctureist in my 50yrs and I will go nowhere else. Doctor Self is kind, caring, and compassionate in a profession that can be none of these things. They are professional caring people that I trust with my health. He saved me from surgery!! I can't recommend Self Health and Wellness high enough!
